Gabriel,
Hi!!

RE: DELL may hit the $10,000,000,000 [read billion] revenue number in this latest quarter. This huge critical mass is what is permitting DELL to reduce [on a percentage basis] its operating expenses & maximize on the bottom line. We may see 6.2% or even 6.3% net profit AT this Q resulting in better than expected EPS.

If you're right...This will draw some attention... :o)

Best, Kemble

Could happen
Dram prices had dropped part of the quarter, and flat panel costs were way down( like $100's)
With over 60% being non-desktops, that has big potential to increase margins plus giving Dell a huge pricing advantage if the "other guys" have to buy parts in advance to stock stores.
The average Dell price per unit increased last quarter because of more options being bgt - dont know if that would
produce higher margins or not
My new computer was sitting at a nearby UPS or Fedx yesterday - should arrive anytime which would mean 6 days from order to receipt
