There are way too many bulls out there. Even after all the damage the bear market has done, I've seen way too many "talking heads" in the investment community pounding the table to buy into the weakness. It would not surprise me at all that there are 50% bulls out there at this point. These people are talking their stated positions. They are not talking about what they are actually seeing in the market, they are talking about what they want other investors to do: BUY NOW, because we are sure you will make money sometime over the next 5 or so years. I also believe that there are many investment firms that are still trying to get out of "dead" tech positions and the only way they believe they can is to sell to retail investors, thus their "buy or bull" stance.

So, no, it is not utter nonsense that a poll would show twice as many bulls as bears.
