No UN. No World Court. If there is no institution with power or authority vested in it, how do we peacefully resolve the inevitable conflicts that will arise?

We need to stay in the UN, but get better control over it. We have allowed third world nations, run by ruthless dictators, to have too much authority in the UN. Countries who are known to support terrorist ... countries with documented records of significant and entrenched human rights abuses ... and dictatorships should have little authority within the UN.
