Bob, I'm not sure if we can tell for sure on the purchase of shares until we see if there is insider selling over the same period - but that usually don't show up for a few days. At any rate I think it is positive news for NLS, not only for the buy back but for the .40 dividend. Since growth has slowed and they still have excellent PE and earnings, they may do better as a value and dividend attractive stock than a growth stock. I think it is good news today and apparently the street does also. I might have to add some shares if the market holds Monday lows. I checked insider trading and there aren't any large blocks that have been listed for sale: quicken.com Bruce
