No,no,no,no,no Tom. We know that Cheney at the behest of Lay removed energy price caps, that together they set the energy policy that was a nightmare for California. Enron was selling phantom energy for billions of dollars. And even though, from the bottom up, everyone in that slimey Enron was steeped in that criminal activity, those creeps who worked there got part of their 401ks restored. Did investors get their money back? Did Californians who were gouged get a rebate? No.
