Alright, Hueyone, let's not get overly dramatic. To say that insiders created nothing of real value in 10 years is ridiculous. The insiders at Cisco created tremendous value. It just so happens that they walked home with most of it. However, if the executives at Cisco realign their goals to ensure that shareholders start getting their fair share, then you would very quickly see what a powerful cash generating machine Cisco is.

Like I said, the minute they start reversing dilution and paying out dividends, this stocks will take off again. Cisco generates a ton of free cash from core operations (almost $1 billion per quarter). If that cash isn't frittered away on options and share buybacks, but instead is paid out in dividends, then shareholders will get an immediate benefit in the form of a return of capital as well as an increase in share price.
