You betcha. They want cheap oil. As bwanadon's reply said, the French have been down so long they'd get dizzy if they stood up. They're the guys who shoved the vengeful terms of the Versailles Treaty down Germany's throat with British and US help- -and then didn't have the cojones to enforce them when the Germans violated them and Britain and the US weren't available. And who got their butts kicked in all of 6 weeks by the Germans once they'd had enough. Thanks. You want the frogs, you can have them. I prefer my country take its stand with nations that have backbone.
