a triple bottom months apart from each other and with third bottom being slightly above the 2nd bottom in volume downtrend is VERY bullish. But these close together "bottoms" are just "knocks" and that rule is three or more knocks at a support or resistance line says the direction of the move will be in the direction of the knocks commonly( think 75% or better, need dig that out)
