While most of the world keeps it's head in the sand, and hopes that the bad guys just go away, President Bush understands that tyrannical regimes, like those in Iraq, North Korea and Iran, just get worse and more threatening. The major threat, is that these regimes are right now providing funds and support for terrorist groups who want, not only to destroy America, but all democracies.
