Hi Cary,

Although I 've always thought your cycle peak was extended out too long, with time ,your looking smarter and smarter.gg

I always remember being surprised that the recovery seems to spring out of doom and gloom.Perhaps the return of the PC replacement cycle will accelerate that?

Bob

Cary, in your predictions for capital investment during 2003 and 2004 and beyond, are you considering the tremendous growth in China, India and other pacific rim countries as it appears that they are leapfrogging with wireless the landbased systems that took the US years to install. From what I have been reading on the QCOM site China and India are exploding in sales of technology.

I believe Jacob, if I recall correctly, that AMAT and Qcom are making tremendous inroads in these contries. I am wondering whether you are overlooking this explosion. Bye the way, should CSCO be included as a company serving the pacific rim.

Paul
