Not overly surprised, politicians have a way of screwing themselves while they are screwing the public. Takes me back to the time of the Christine Keeler era and the politician and the joke about her having committed suicide. She was supposedly found bobbing under a peer.
Speaking about peer's how about an original quote? "peer today pawn tomorrow."
If you heard it before it's cause I started using it 20+ years ago.
