I dont know. He didnt own any shares directly up until these buys and he sold his last remaining shares back in Dec. Sounds like tax loss selling and just getting back in past position. Tough for a CEO to own NO stock. If he was really positive he would have doubled up for tax loss not been naked. Guess I dont see the catalyst

Many reasons not to like the LOR balance sheet and operating results. Just a suggestion but compare ATS, an unknown Chinese satellite operator with much better valuations.
