If I were planning a PR vacation, I would go when the various complications in my own life fit it most--my schedule, my wife's, predictions about the weather, cost of flights, cost of hotel rooms, etc. To decide on the basis of possible terrorist attacks will drive you to distraction. I went through a great deal of that sort of thing after 9-11 which lasted almost 6 months. Not now.
