Weak demand for wireless Internet services is one reason for AT&T Wireless' pragmatic outlook. No EDGE, no UMTS, precious little GPRS....how is AWS going to stimulate demand if it can't supply it even if it existed? Katherine Zeta-Jones' legs and boobs won't do it, lots of ads during the Super Bowl for mLife won't do it, full page WSJ ads won't do it....if you can't deliver the services. In colloquial Spanish it's called "patadas de ahogado", the last kicks of a drowning man.
