Oh please. As in, he sends letters sealed in blood to leaders of neighbouring countries and they are so frightened they don't say a word?

Come on, Fred. The US would LOVE TO have this info if it were in any way correct. The western press would have a field day emphasizing just how dangerous Saddam is.

It ain't happening though, because there are no such threats. Private or otherwise.
