When it was going up, it was the Gingrich Miracle. Now that they all are going down, it is the Clinton Bear-market!

Sometimes I wonder why we should punish Wall Street for all the things they did during the mania. With so many idiot investors around, what else is Wall Street supposed to do? They had no choice but to fleece them! :-)
