Rambus is pursuing the memory makers not Dell.

But if you reread my post I think you may determine that I did not say Dell was being 'pursued'.

I think you will find that Dell may have made a decision to use RDR at a time when no other PC vendor did so. This might well prove to be advantageous to Dell.

If memory serves, Rambus make be alleging that DDR uses some of the Patented techniques of RDR.
