$200M is definitely a lot of money. I didn't look at the amount. I would think that the top bonus for a Gen'l M'g'r of one of the TYC operations would be around $250k (per year). Lower level managers might get $50k each. That means that each division might accumulate $1M or less. Could this be replicated 200 times for 200 operating divisions??

The only conclusion is that some people got $1M+ bonuses. That happens on Wall Street, but, not in the businesses that I know.
