From what I see the prices on the used cars are going down very fast. At least here in So.Cal. First rebates and 0% financing on new cars make used ones less attractive, second big number of cars are coming off leases that were signed during "bubble" times.

I noticed it started in September when the 2003 models came out, and now again in January. As with the article, it seems to be hitting the american cars most, especially Ford.

Also noticing a lot of rental signs going up for homes. Perhaps some of this home-buying demand comes from investors.
