Don Hays has been talking about that for months now. He thinks (thought) that the inverse H&S with declining volume on Dow and NYSE is very booolish.

It's cleaner on the weekly... Nice Neat Inverted H&S
Nice complete pull back on the right shoulder too....(50%)
Volume patterns confirm it and cleanly as well...?
Right shoulder still not complete and needs to close above 950-65 and 9060±
I pointed this pattern out earlier....
