Hi CB, Thanks for the posts. Don Lloyd, whom I posted to, understands accounting and has strong opinions about accounting for options. I am always interested in his comments. Actually, the only thing I know about accounting is that it is often in total conflict with both logic and economics. I am still waiting for someone else to understand that the real problem is not that option grants are not expensed, but that stock grants are expensed in error.
