JP, Maybe you have been in a different part of the south than I am used to. Wheh I was raised up, they was called Aruh-cee colas. You gotta git that "uh" sound in there. Ole Laz just don't know how to fix them grits. Probably ain't had no collard greens, corn pone, poke salad, or jumbalaya, neither. Not to mention crawdads done bout a hundred ways down in Beau Bridge, Louisiana. Some folks just don't know how to eat the good stuff. Used to wash it down with some Jax beer too.
