That's a very good resource isn't it PT? The Asia Times ? very splendid commentary and a step removed . Saddam still is a lying THUG , dictator and a terrorist in his own lands, though LOL...anyway you want to bake the cake. And he'll soon be gone , very soon, & very preemptively. ;-) PS: Did you see one of those meetings with his generals recently ? I did on CSPAN ...and Oh that was just a scream . All that fear lying in each one of those fellows sitting at that table also lying their collective asses off . And the "Godfather" sitting at the head . Far greater than anything you will ever see , (even from some of our own CEO's) .... such lying & brown-nosing taken infinitely to such a high art. They have had centuries of practice in singing "stories" about themselves , and vile at their enemies. And of course, don't forget there are always those 75 virgins awaiting us in heaven if we die in battle ...

Speaking of Kuwaiti's and truth , don't forget this : Message 18511585 seems to run in the family this telling of clever embellished heated tall~tales...it's an ancient tribal art, from Palestinians to Israelis . Someone has to wake them up that it's the 20th century at least , though most of us are living in the 21rst ... and light a fire under there asses at last . Living in silver dream~palaces of lies, deceptions, brutality , supressions and intrigues , just doesn't make it any more <G> Can you say "preemptive" ...and "democracy"? I know you can ... And the Iraqis themselves will surprise , they are quite ready enough to take the next step in growing up and governing themselves without the "GodFathers".<G> ;-) PS: Now if we can just ween ourselves off of big gas-guzzling monsters too ! hehe
