Hi CobaltBlue; You're right, I missed that announcement, which dates to two days ago. But still, 32 ships total still ain't enough for a war. Like I said before, we would need at least 50 to 100.

Also note that activating the merchant marine is quite cheap compared to activating the reserves, so it's not as good an indication of intentions.

Hey, it's probably been posted to the thread, but with 500 posts per day, I don't read very many of them.
