American Spirit Re...John Kerry has more personal physical courage than anyone in the WH but Powell. And he has proven it the hard way. I have no problem with Kerry's courage in war, however it takes a differnet type of courage to take a stand as a leader, plus it also takes morals, common sense, and an ability to see the big picture, to lead a country. Kerry's Vietnam experiences don't address those issues. I am not saying he doesn't necessarily have them, it is that his Vietnam experiences don't necessarily mean he does have or not have those qualities. Certainly Kerry's words can be explained in the context of his Vietnam experiences, however, should Vietnam be the only guide America ponders, in our approach to this war. Only difference was he made money and everyone else lost. If everything else is =, then that is the guy I want in charge of my company; the guy who can make money while everyone else is losing theirs.
