It looks like the delisting issue might be resolved by RBAK doing a Reverse Split. I'm not reall sure what else they can do at this point, unless they release a ton of good news/new contracts and push the price above $1.00 for a sustained period. Their stock isn't anywhere near $1.00.

Not really much to add at this time. As long as Nokia remains involved I suspect they will survive. Markets look shaky these days. Iraq issue needs to be resolved.
