That Fund's name was changed to Short Term Capital Mismanagement. Hard to believe. It was run by the Geniuses who thoght up the Black Scholes Option pricing formula. The equation to define the previously imponderable, the Shannon theory of Finance. But they blew the big one. And Dubya runs the whole USA and so far he has not bankrupted it. Go figure. It's like Einstein trying to run a nuclear reactor and not being able to find the switch to turn it on, and the neighbourhood dummy untying the Gordian knot and making a million on the stock market on a regular basis.
