They all do it..kozza, real player...hell even the drivers for a logitech mouse want access to the internet..its gotten to the point i do a hd format and clean reinstall once a year just to be sure i'm clean.

Thanks for posting that information. I will switch to Tax Cut next year. I'd already gone through that installation process and discovered the invasive license, but didn't know about the spyware.
