the pros will likely be able to create a decent position by picking up the rights for next to nothing as shareholders will not likely sell their shares (as seen by the low volumes these days) but they will likely dump their rights...

If the price hovers below 2.00 or perhaps around 2.00-2.10 throughout the rights offering period, I doubt I would sell any of the rights. The pros will not get any of my rights. They'll end up expiring worthless in my account.

good news will mean a full subscription and then it will be interesting to see who ends up with the 13 million new shares.

Agreed. I'll exercise all my rights in this case. Good chance too that some investors may sell their rights in this case.

The company needs money, I cannot envision them fooling around by not working hard to influencing a full subscription.
