Yes, because of what you said previously:

"We all learned in '92 and again in '96 that a liberal will lie with impunity(its a liberal characteristic, not an isolated occurrence)."

Since lying is a liberal characteristic and that they lie with impunity, and since Nixon lied with impunity, it follows that Nixon is a liberal.
