Ken Lay remains a free man despite being the most heinous white collar criminal in history.

Liberals are awfully quick to deny Ken Lay his due process.

As I said earlier, there isn't one shred of evidence which would convict Ken Lay in a court of law. If you have it, let's hear it. I'm not saying Ken Lay isn't a criminal, I'm saying there is no evidence to that effect.

As for Terry McAuliffe, if he sold his stock while it was high-priced he was just lucky.

Right. Happens all the time. People buy in for pennies and cash out with $18M. You're awfully skeptical when it is a Republican, but awfully forgiving when it is a Democrat. Democrats are scoundrels. Damn near every one of them.
