Coulter is not accusing Kerry of being gay, but it's a trick of hers to emasculate liberal men with those type of little buzzwords. You know, "San Francisco liberal", "in the closet", "coming out", "girlie men". No, Kerry is hardly gay. He's got brass ones and makes Bush look like a pansy.
