prior discussion was about adjusting (repricing) options directly or indirectly. This qualifies as indirect adjustment. Your arguments confirm an adjustments rather than
opposite.
re: equally worthless given the $30 option price
you assume that the strike of new options was at $30 but that may not be true. In addition more adjustments could have been made to increase the value of the options.
