But not to worry.
80% of the companies on the Naz do not even have a PE cause they have been losng $ for years.

S&P PE "core earnings" after stock options and pension underfundings are about 40 or so. Even with those "earnings" there is mammoth debt to be paid back, that itself will eat up all the earnings and then some.

Not to worry, things are "improving" and Cramer says so.
Anyone who thinks that fundamentals are good here is totally off their rocker, and I mean toatally 100% wrong.

If someone wants to argue technicals that is a different matter.
In the end, fundamentals ALWAYS matter. How we get to where we are going is another story. S&P 600 coming and it will be overvalued there.
