premature deployment of SDI before we know it even works, or who it works on. I've been hearing this crap for 20 years now, ever since Reagan began SDI. The very day he announced it, the liberals were out in force saying it could NEVER work. At least tonight you're recognizing that Reagan was right, that it does work to some extent, and it is obvious it will eventually work.
