Can't hang that on Clinton for too long. 2001 was a down year. Who was in charge? Duh-mbya! 2002 was an even bigger down year. Who was in charge? Duh-mbya again! Year 2003 returns are already in the red. And Duh-mbya continues to be in charge. Good luck going to the voters with another down year and blaming it all on Clinton! It was announced today that TX is in its worse fiscal crisis in 30 years. Guess who was Governor of TX before we went to the White House.........you guessed it; Can't wait to what the US deficit will be in 2 years.
