It was months later, it wasn't "intelligence".

The first part of that sentance doesn't automatically lead to the second part.

As for grabbing the oil, who do
you think is going to service and pump the Iraqi fields?


The new Iraqi government will control the oil. They will sell it to the world at a market price. US and UK companies might get a leg up in contracts for oil equipment and service but they won't get the deal if they are totally uncompetitive on their bid.

I don't buy any of the imminent danger from Saddam business.

Imminent? Probably not or at least only minimal danger, but the long run danger is there and only grows the longer we wait to take care of it.
