If it's good economics why does the market go down every time Bush announces a new tax cut? face it, Bush tax cuts are for the rich, by the rich and disguised as for everyone. If we had a flat tax the rich would be the beneficiaries. No one else. This is class warfare economics put on us by the GOP. Not the other way around. Because we all know what the GOP really wants, no more entitlement programs. Let the middleclass eat cake. Just like they said before the French Revolution. Alsoevery Bushb tax cut makes state and local taxes go up. Plus they're obviously for higher energy prices. And their policies keep the markets depressed. So there's a net loss, no gain. The proof is in the pudding. Clinton raised taxes to balance the budgetn and gave us 7 years of prosperity we may never see again. Bush cut taxes and we're about to go into a double-dip and maybe a triple dip recession, as well as deflation and possibly in the future, stagflation, once interest rates rise due to collosal government debt. Another thing to worry about is unemployment. It will continue to rise now. That's the reason Bushies announced they will no longer report layoffs. They dont want us to know the truth.
