RE:"Thanks. I am looking at who owns Intel stock so we can put a stop to this "stealing" of the Intel Company."

It appears the stealing has already been done. The cashing in is continuing?

Jim

And Arthur Rock has 15 M I L L I O N shares left...

What did this guy do to get all that stock?

>>There are two ways to go: The legal route and the voting route. Well, maybe 3: Could just ask them to pack up and leave. <<

Actually, Humble One, there is an additional way to go. Just sell out and forget it.

As you are aware, I am a great admirer of yours. But, a friend cannot count himself as your friend if he is timid in criticism of you.

I am paying over 10% of my net worth in income taxes this year because of stock trading (mostly in Intel), even though I was a modest loser for the year. This is not something I regret, because I owe this money from the profits I made in the 1990's.

As I recall, you said you would not take profits on your Intel position, because of the excessive taxes you would have to pay. Intel managers are not at fault for this. The Devil was always in the details of the annual report. Most of those who hoped to avoid taxes worked for WCOME or ENE or others of their ilk.

You were the exception.

I love you anyway, and I understand. It hurts to pay the taxes.

Can we still be friends ?

Best Trading,
X
