Oh, yes, you would love to go backwards

If the United States is forced to go outside the UN to get a coalition to deal with Iraq, the UN will collapse under the weight of its own inaction. I believe this is the final straw, and the fact that the United States is having to drag the UN along is not a good sign for its future.
