I think, from reading the exchanges, that John does not believe this vote happened, and is saying, "Prove it!"

I think we have a misunderstanding. I understand your concerns about the Kyoto Treaty. That's not what I'm asking.

I'm asking something like the following.

1. What was the language of the resolution that passed?
2. What were the discussions in the Senate prior to passage which would give us some idea as to the meaning of its passage?

That might get us started.
