Clinton's worse than Neil Bush in that respect. At least Bush was fined. Clinton scated with the rest of the slugs that avoided prosecution. It was Bush's high profile that landed him where he was. As usual, your operating with 1/2 of your cylinders firing.

Neil Bush was never found guilty of anything. He wasn't even indicted! Of course, if you want to see a real S&L crook, take a look at Tery McAuliffe, the DNC hack, who stole a billion dollars from the RTC in Florida.

As usual, you are misinformed:

After almost two years of hand-wringing had passed, an expert hired by regulators declared that Neil suffered from an "ethical disability," and he was required to pay a $50,000 fine for his ethical lapses at Silverado.

He also incurred a quarter of a million dollars in legal bills.
