That shows you how silly the concept of enforcing "International Law" really is, JJ. And why we will not join the ITT. If you want to judge trade agreements, etc, fine. But the only way you can convict people for "War Crimes" is if you are the winner and the people in the dock are the losers. Check WWII and the recent Balkans.
