You're modeling seems very accurate. I've been lurking on this thread for a while. But, keep in mind, the market is probably trading more on war fears now than fundementals. They market will fall if war seems imminent and rally hard if war looks like it has been averted or will be over quickly.

Tom, You're lucky and good. QQQ closed at 24.50 on 1/30 and closed at 24.44 on 1/31. You went long at the open and were able to get 24.12, which gives you 1.5% gain on timing it just right on that day.
