Especially by a lawyer and President sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution and laws of the US... But...then again....he did not just lie under oath... he failed to answer truthfully questions put to him by a Judge in open Court...he fabricated affidavits and caused them to be admitted into evidence and he tried to influence witnesses and testimony in DIRECT contravention of a Court order to the contrary.... Not even mildly comparable....and completely scummy and dishonest....
