What do you think of DYN?
It's had some interesting volume of late, as well as a surge in price. Seems to be slowly building volume. Currently in pullback. $2.39/share cash, but recently restated earnings downward in a big way. May be one Dale could take a look at too if it looks good technically.

TAdude:

can I ask you this (I am only using DROOY as an example of gold stocks behavior)
on June 4th, 2002, gold made a high of 330.30 and DROOY traded as high as 5.88
today, gold is trading at 367 and DROOY is trading below 4 bucks ...

gold is up 10% during that time and gold share is down 30%, why ???

AEM, GLG, RGLD - any 6-month targets on these?

I am looking to get a portfolio of 5 or 10 strong un-hedged gold stocks to hold for the next major leg-up of this PMBM (Precious Metals Bull Market) in hopes of pocketing about a 30% return.

Any thoughts on entry points for AEM, GLG, and RGLD?

Do you still expect POG to pull back to ~335 before touching 400?

Thanks! - Ken

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2003--Airspan Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIRN), a leading worldwide provider of fixed broadband wireless DSL networks, announced today that it has been awarded a $2 million order to provide its AS4000 wireless DSL solution to Telesel of Angola, one of only four carriers to be awarded a public telephony operator license by the government regulator, INACOM.

Initially, Telesel will provide high-speed Internet and voice services to subscribers in the Luanda region, with expansion plans in place to serve the Benguela area by mid 2003 and other provinces at a rate of two to four provinces per year. The demand for broadband access is expected to be high with plans to service more than 9,000 subscribers in the first phase of the rollout.

"The ability to carry voice in addition to offering an 'always-on Internet' connection from one, compact subscriber unit was a compelling and winning feature," said Rui Dos Santos, Chairman of Telesel. "There is a good business opportunity in "last mile access" in Angola and together with Airspan, we're looking forward to being the third communications operator of Angola and the best suited provider of fully integrated solutions."

Airspan's wireless DSL system is distributed in Angola by SISTEC, who currently have a strong nationwide representation and support infrastructure. SISTEC also owns Netangola, one of the largest Internet service providers in Angola. This year, Netangola will merge with its main competitor, Ebonet, and both will join Telesel.

With a population of 12 million, Angola's communications infrastructure has suffered largely by 25 years of civil war. Today, nationwide teledensity is less than 1.0 percent. With a strong rebuild emphasis by its current government, Angola looks to reclaim its pre-war position as the fastest-growing economy in Central Africa. About Airspan Networks

Airspan Networks provides wireless DSL systems and solutions to both licensed and unlicensed operators around the world in frequency bands between 900 MHz to 4 GHz, including both PCS and 3.5GHz. The company has deployments with more than 102 operators in more than 57 countries. Airspan's systems are based on radio technology that delivers excellent area coverage, high security and resistance to fading. Airspan's systems can be deployed rapidly and cost effectively, providing an attractive alternative to traditional wired communications networks. Airspan also offers radio planning, network installation, integration, training and support services to facilitate the deployment and operation of its systems. Airspan's main operations are based in Uxbridge, United Kingdom with a WipLL product research and development facility in Lod, Israel, employing approximately 60 people. More information on Airspan can be found at airspan.com About Telesel

Telesel is a new communications operator that has just been awarded a full public telecommunications operator concession for 15 years by Angolan Regulator INACOM. Today, Telesel owns and operates a VSAT Hub station in Luanda with a large and significant corporate customer base. During 2003 Telesel also plans to merge with the two largest ISPs in Angola. Telesel is partially owned by the Angolan bank; BPC and by ENE, the national power company. More information can be found in the transitory site; www.netangola.com/telesel About SISTEC

SISTEC can trace its company formation back to 1981, with roots in the early independence period of Angola's development. It now occupies leading positions in all areas in which it operates, with an MIF (Machines in the Field) installed base of more than $200 Million.
