WEL is doing very well for me, for the 3rd time now, but the first was the best by far.....
Although I was waiting to back up the truck, I still have a good trading position.
The thing is liquid as hell, which is a nice change from some of the "overtight" rats....

Seldom is a chart on a penny stock as clear as this one, note the support @18 cents.
