The fact of the matter is that no one was going to approve the Kyoto Treaty--not the allegedly environmentalist Dems, not the GOP, not the left's favorite environmentalist, Gore, if he had become President. Nobody. Not that this fact would have kept the Dems from weaving a conspiracy theory which is getting repeated 'round here.
