I don't agree with your stance on Dunlap. Is is possible that he acted unethically with his technical expertise, in the Intel battle against AMD? This is only a question and perhaps he earned the $10,733,567 in his sale of Intel that he didn't even hold a full day?

Earnings to from Intel share holders re-purchased those shares for approximately the same amount of money. Was it a gift of shareholders money or should it be considered "hush money" earned?

Switching to Pottruck. Nobody has been able to explain why this Director, CEO of Charles Schwab Corp. was given the right to by 300,000 shares at $1.60 per share. I think Amy J. is getting green with envy about that one. Instead of only getting 1 share for $15.85 she would have getting almost 10 shares. Wouldn't that be a lot better Amy? Well, us Intel share holders paid for the gift to Pottruck.

What did Pottruck do to deserve this gift? You may all speak up at once. John Hall, has the cat still got you tongue? Andy Grove, Craig Barrett, Tom Dunlap, David Pottruck, Paul Engel, Tim May, Amy J. and others please speak up...humble carl
