It is exactly as I said before the possible Iraqi connection to Al Qaida has never been one of Bush's major themes when he is talking about why Saddam should be removed. The main themes are Iraqi WMD, past agression, and possible future threat, the 2nd theme was Saddam's abuse of Iraqis, the possible connection to Al Qaida was given less attention then either of those themes, and is not necessary to make a good case for taking out Saddam.
